Well summer is here and exams are over for me. I'll be getting back into the long rides and finding time to do some posts. If you have any requests in terms of what you like to learn or have a concern you like to be awnsered post it up here and I'll get to it within the week(if there is not a bunch at once). I'll be aiming to post up a tutorial a week and hopefully get some insturtionals for trail building as well, like the ones you find on norba. First on the agenda is a PM I got from Miguel a long time ago, didn't forget about ya:). I'll have that hopefully by friday.

Cheers

Why pay others when you can do it yourself?

Don't wait for the movie, go have your own adventure!

I'll put something up on the main blog this week to attract some attention to this as well.

Bottom bracket changing with some background info would be good.

Cheers

I race XC here in Sweden and ride hard. I have alot of problems with my gears. I ride a cannondale Rush 6 with SRAM X-9 gears. I can't seem to get the shiaat right. it jumps a gear or two, or when we hit the local trails in the forests in the rain it hopps around. in the end I have just two gears left, hard and harder :)

So a little how two on setting up and adjusting gears (SRAM) would be awsome!

Thanks

I'm a shimano guy but I can give it a shot. I just had to do this kinda off job on my friends drive train. I was a mixture of cable tension problems and top end screws not placed properly. This should be an easy DIY. I be typing it up tommorow as today I got a ride planned out with some buds.

Cheers
